Personal Client Coaching

Get on track with One-on-One Coaching which focuses on exercise plans, goal tracking, continued personal evaluations, and measurements of progress. Learn about your body movements and how to utilize the gym and its equipment! Strengthen your body while strengthening your personal fitness foundation!

Small Group Coaching

Stay motivated (and maybe a little competitive) with Small Group Coaching! 3-5 participants complete circuit style fitness programs in sessions to build strength and endurance! This is great for people who feel comfortable with some company to enhance the fitness experience and provide accountability!

Fitness Boot Camp

Fitness Boot Camps are provided for bigger groups of people who may only meet once a week and work on strength and endurance through multiple movements in a regimented fashion. The term boot camp stems from that of a military-style training to enhance fitness.

Zumba

Zumba was where it all began for me! I knew that I needed to get out of my unhealthy lifestyle and I figured, if I was going to do it, I might as well have FUN! My Zumba classes are fun, upbeat, and will truly provide fitness to get your body shaking into shape! Don’t have time to make it to a scheduled class? Ask about Small Group Rates for classes that can be done easily in a classroom, a public park, or tennis court!
